Fitting of the Te 3d photoemision spectrum, from a 3 mm TeO2 pellet. The spectrum was fitted employing four Voigt peaks, of which two were doublets (purple and olive green). Data were provided by Vincent Crist (the use of the spectrum requieres acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/).
