    Fitting of the Os 4f photoemission spectrum from metallic osmium using a CR III lineshape (Os 4f forum)

    Fitting of the Os 4f photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was fitted with two correlated Coupled-Resonances type III peak. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
