Post "Fitting of the W 4f photoemission spectrum from pure Tungsten using a Double Lorentzian lineshape."

Fitting of the W 4f photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was modeled with a doublet correlated with the DL line. However, it was not possible to resolve the maximum of either component. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
