Metallic Ni 2p spectrum fitted only with symmetric Voigt lineshapes (Ni 2p forum)
The main doublet was fitted with three symetric Voigt doublets (shown in navy blue, blue and aqua). The spectra was obtained from the surface of a metallic nickel thick sample deposited by thermal sublimation in UHV conditions. Data included in a Master Degree Thesis (Guzmán-Bucio et al. "Oxidation mechanim of metallic nickel," to be published).
