    Fitting of the O 1s photoemision spectrum, from a 3 mm TeO2 pellet. The spectrum was fitted employing three Voigt peaks. Data were provided by Vincent Crist (the use of the spectrum requieres acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/).
