    Fitting of the C 1s photoemision spectrum, from a Y2(CO3)3/LaB6 sample. The spectrum was fitted employing three Voigt peaks. Data were provided by Vincent Crist (the use of the spectrum requieres acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/).
