  • The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted. The double Lorentzian for the main peak was divided into two singlest with correlated areas. A small peak at ~ 368 eV was added because all the experimental points in the main peak were slightly on the left and to to make it similar to other fits of the 3d core level of elements in the same row (e.g., post 502 of Sn 3d). One doublet was added to reproduce the very small peak at ~ 382 eV, which corresponding 3/2 branch is around 376 eV.
