Fitting of the Ag 3d photoemission spectrum from metallic silver using a Doniach-Sunjic lineshape (Ag 3d forum)
Fitting of the Ag 3d photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was fitted with a Doniach-Sunjic peak, but when zooming in there is misit in more than one region. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
