Post "Fitting of the Os 4f photoemission spectrum from pure Osmium using a Doniach-Sunjic lineshape."

Fitting of the Os 4f photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was modeled with a doublet correlated with the D&S line shape, in addition to a Gaussian doublet, the 5p component was modeled with a doublet with the Gaussian line shape. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
