Post "Fitting of the Hf 4f photoemission spectrum from pure Hafnium using a Voigt lineshape."

Fitting of the Hf 4f photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was modeled with a doublet correlated with the Voigt line shape and three additional doublets, one with the Voigt line shape and two Gaussians. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
