Te 3d photoemission spectrum the element (Te 3d forum)
Fitting of the Te 3d photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The spectrum was fitted employing four Voigt doublets. The branching ratio was forced to be equal to the theoretically expected value (0.6938), which was taken from the Scofield tables
