Fitting of Rb 3d photoemission spectrum from metallic rubidium (Rb 3d forum)
Fitting of the Rb 3d photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were obtained from the XPS Library website of Vincent Crist (https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was fitted with an asymmetric double-Lorentzian lineshape. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
