Fitting of the Zr 3d photoemission spectrum from metallic zirconium using a CR III lineshape. Tougaard background modeled with the 2-Parameters approximation (Zr 3d forum)
Fitting of the Zr 3d photoemission spectrum for the element (research grade), data were provided by Vincent Crist (The use of the spectrum requires acknowledging XPS library website, https://xpslibrary.com/, the data is copyrighted). The main peak was fitted with one Coupled-Resonances type III peak. The total background was modeled with a combination of a Tougaard type background and the interchannel coupling with valence band losses background.
