    Ni 2p spectrum from a thermally oxidized nickel film (Ni 2p forum)

    The spectra were obtained from the surface of a metallic nickel thick sample exposed to UHP O2 at 300°C for 20 min in a tubular furnace. The six doublets are associated to NiO.
